Information and purposes
Contact: name, email, message and reference, to answer an enquiry (GDPR Article 6(1)(b), or legitimate interests under 6(1)(f) for general enquiries). Contact records are retained for 365 days unless legal claims justify longer retention.
Withdrawal: name, email, contract reference, statement, optional notes and timestamp, for legal obligations and claims (Article 6(1)(c), (f)). The retention period is 1095 days, subject to necessity review.
Complaints: name, email, order reference, category, message, optional attachment, response and timestamps. Basis: legal obligation (Article 6(1)(c)). The complaint and substantive response are retained for at least three years. Do not upload unnecessary identity documents or sensitive data.
Newsletter: name, email and separately given, initially unchecked consent with its version (Article 6(1)(a)). Consent can be withdrawn at any time through the contact form or email.
Account: username, securely hashed password, email and information necessary to operate an account.
Security and technical data
Hosting logs may include IP address, time, requested URL and browser details for operation and abuse prevention based on legitimate interests. Short-lived salted IP hashes limit form and login attempts. The form-session cookie lasts two hours. Submissions are stored in the VPS database; attachments are outside the web root.

TFMWorld provides hosting; Hostinger provides domain and DNS services. Complianz manages cookie choices.
Your rights and complaints
You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction and, where applicable, portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of earlier processing. Legal retention duties can limit erasure. We generally respond to rights requests within one month.
You may complain to the Hungarian National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (NAIH) or the supervisory authority competent for your residence, and seek a judicial remedy. We do not use automated decisions producing legal effects.
Email and customer accounts
We use Hostinger Email for incoming enquiries, registration and password-reset messages, and withdrawal and complaint acknowledgements. It processes sender, recipient and message content to deliver email. Account administration relies on performance of the contract; withdrawal and complaint communications rely on legal obligations. Website technical delivery logs are retained for up to 30 days; message bodies are removed from the technical queue after successful SMTP handoff. The underlying case records follow the retention periods stated above. DHL and MPL receive the recipient and delivery data necessary to provide the selected shipping service.
