These terms apply to use of the ELRAM POST website and consumer travel-goods sales through the store.
2. Languages and corrections
The website is available in Hungarian and English. Before placing an order, check and correct your chosen product, variation, quantity, billing information and delivery details at checkout.
3. Products and prices
Product pages provide sizes, colours, materials, care instructions and product safety information. Prices use EUR on the English site and HUF / Ft on the Hungarian site. Switching language also updates the basket and checkout currency. The order summary shows product prices and applicable additional charges separately.
When a price reduction is announced, the lowest price in the preceding 30 days is the reference price under the applicable rules.
4. Ordering and contract formation
Select a product and variation, add it to your bag, enter your details, then check the summary and terms. The final order button reads “Place order with obligation to pay”.
5. Payment and delivery
Free delivery when merchandise totals at least €99.00 after discounts. Below this amount the delivery charge per order is €20.00.

- Choose DHL or MPL for Hungary; DHL is offered for the other listed destinations. Estimated delivery is 15 calendar days from placing the order, including processing. This is an estimate rather than a guaranteed date; we will notify you of delays. Available tracking details are sent by email after dispatch.
6. Withdrawal and refunds
EU consumers generally have a 14-day right to withdraw without giving a reason. Returns & withdrawal explains time limits, the procedure, refunds and exceptions. Withdraw from contract works without an account; a clear statement may also be sent by email or post.

- For a change-of-mind withdrawal, you pay the direct cost of returning the goods. For faulty or incorrectly supplied goods, statutory remedies are provided free of charge; contact us to arrange the return.
7. Lack of conformity
Mandatory conformity rights are separate from withdrawal rights. Legal conformity explains remedies and time limits. These terms do not restrict mandatory consumer rights.
8. Complaints and disputes
Send a written complaint through Complaints, by email or by post. We provide a substantive response within 30 days. Conciliation and court remedies remain available. The relevant board’s details appear on Alternative dispute resolution.
9. Governing law
Hungarian law applies without depriving an EU consumer of applicable mandatory protections in their country of habitual residence. The EU 14-day withdrawal right is not a general US statutory right. New terms do not retrospectively amend existing contracts.
Tax and VAT-inclusive prices
For delivery within Hungary, displayed consumer product prices and the payable delivery charge include 27% VAT. VAT is part of the displayed gross price, not an additional charge on top. The order summary shows the tax included in the total. Free-delivery eligibility uses the gross merchandise amount after discounts.
SimplePay data-transfer acknowledgement
I acknowledge the following personal data stored in the user account of the data controller ELRAM POST Korlátolt Felelősségű Társaság (4440 Tiszavasvári, Széles utca 24., Magyarország) in the user database of https://elrampost.com will be handed over to SimplePay Plc. and is trusted as data processor. The data transferred by the data controller are the following: order/payment reference, transaction amount and currency; the selected payment language. In the current sandbox integration, the transmitted email address, billing name, country, county, city, postcode and street address are synthetic test values; the name, email and address entered at checkout are stored in the test order and are not sent to SimplePay.

Accepting these terms also acknowledges the data transfer described above. Sandbox checkout creates a test order, with no real charge or dispatch. Card details are entered directly on the payment provider’s page.
Order acknowledgement
After your order is recorded, we send an acknowledgement to the email address entered at checkout, including the order number, date, name, email, products and options, quantities, unit prices, currency, delivery charges, taxes where applicable and total. Receiving this acknowledgement does not by itself confirm successful payment. A test order is identified as a test and does not result in a real charge or dispatch.
